- Need To Make a Payment?
The best way to pay your bill out of pocket and avoid lines is to pay online with eCheck through our IU Bursar Pay system. It’s fast, it’s easy, it can be done any time of day, it doesn’t cost anything extra, and it doesn’t require waiting in line. It doesn’t get much better than that! You can log into your IU Bursar Pay account through OneStart.
If you don’t want to use our online payment system, but still want to avoid waiting in line you also have the option of mailing your check directly to the Office of the Bursar’s lockbox. The mailing address is: IUPUI Lockbox; Payment Processing Center; P.O. Box 7245; Indianapolis, IN 46206-7245. You also have the option of just placing your check in our drop box which is located in the hallway next to our office. This option also does not require waiting in line! NOTE: Please make sure to include your 10-digit student ID number on all paper checks.
Another way to pay your bill without coming to campus is to pay online through our IU Bursar Pay system using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Please be aware, though, that there is a credit card convenience fee of 2.75% any time you pay your bill with a credit card. To avoid this additional cost, we recommend paying online with an eCheck instead. NOTE: We do not take credit cards in the office so our online IU Bursar Pay system is the only way to pay your bill with a credit card.
- Need to Turn in a Form?
Forms take the same length of time to process regardless of how they are received. So there’s no need to wait in line if you’re just dropping off a form or document. There are three convenient ways to turn in forms without even coming to campus! You can fax it (317-274-3664), scan & e-mail it (finaid@iupui.edu), or send it via postal mail (Office of Student Financial Services, 420 University Blvd., CE 250, Indianapolis, IN 46202).
If you’re already on campus you also have the option of just placing your documents in our drop box which is located in the hallway next to our office. This also does not require standing in line! NOTE: Please make sure to include your 10-digit student ID number on any documents you submit to our office.
